本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iOS アプリ「スワイプカレンダー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、端末のカレンダーの予定を月表示で閲覧・追加・編集・削除するためのアプリです。Google、Google カレンダーは Google LLC の商標です。
本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます。広告の表示およびアプリ内課金はありません。ただし、通信にかかる費用は利用者のご負担となります。
本アプリの機能を利用するには、端末のカレンダーへのアクセスの許可が必要です。許可は端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。取得する情報の詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を禁止します。
本アプリで行った予定の追加・編集・削除は、端末のカレンダーと、その同期先（iCloud・Google など）にも反映されます。削除した予定は元に戻せません。本アプリは削除・変更の前に確認画面を表示しますが、操作の結果生じたデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。重要な予定については、バックアップをご検討ください。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・正確性・有用性を有すること、および不具合が生じないことを保証しません。
OS やカレンダーの同期先のサービスの仕様変更、通信障害、その他開発者の合理的な支配の及ばない事由により本アプリが利用できない場合について、開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者の責任は、法令で許容される最大限の範囲で制限されるものとします。
開発者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
開発者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms govern your use of the iOS application "スワイプカレンダー" (Swipe Calendar). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The app lets you view, create, edit, and delete the events in your device's calendar in a monthly view. Google and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC.
The app is free. There are no advertisements and no in-app purchases. Data charges from your carrier are your responsibility.
The app's main features require permission to access your device's calendar. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use the app in violation of applicable law, reverse engineer or modify it, place excessive load through it on the services your calendars sync with, or access accounts you are not authorized to use.
Changes you make in the app are applied to your device's calendar and the accounts it syncs with. Deleted events cannot be restored. The app shows confirmation prompts before changing or deleting events, but the developer is not liable for data loss resulting from your use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error, and is not responsible for outages caused by changes to the operating system or calendar services or other causes beyond the developer's reasonable control. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The developer may modify or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
These Terms may be updated. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
